Security is built into our operations: TLS 1.2+ encryption in transit, role-based access controls, scheduled vulnerability reviews, and contractual security requirements for all partners.
No transmission or storage method is completely secure. You acknowledge inherent risks when data is sent over the internet.
Arrow Clearway targets users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. Contact yassin1033@gmail.com to request deletion if you believe a child has provided data.

Our backend at https://vkqw.arowclear.com/ supports gameplay delivery, progress sync, performance monitoring, anonymized analytics, issue detection, and customer support.

Retention follows the principle of necessity. Personal data is kept only while needed and auto-deleted after 90 consecutive days of inactivity. Anonymized analytics may persist longer.
Personal data may be processed outside your country. We use TLS 1.2+ encryption and contractual safeguards to ensure comparable protection regardless of processing location.
Some browsers transmit Do Not Track (DNT) signals. Arrow Clearway does not currently respond to DNT signals in a uniform way across all platforms. You may limit tracking through device settings described in the Opting Out section.
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you. Fraud prevention reviews may involve automated checks, but final payout decisions include human review where applicable.
